1) Chemical(%): C: 0.25 max. Si:C: 0.35 max; Mn: 0.30-0.90; P,S: 0.035 max

2) Ultimate Strength: > 390 Mpa; Yield Strength:>235Mpa;  Elongation: >30%;

3) Surface treatment: JIS G 3472-Temporary Coating, Special Coating, Galvanized, immersion oil, lacquer, passivation, phosphating,etc; Or Oil-dip paint black with two plastic caps on each end

4) Inspection: Strictly according to the standard requirements and offer the original MTC (EN10204.3.1/3.1B)

5) Relevant Test: JIS G 3472--Chemical Component Analysis,Mechanical Properties(Ultimate tensile strength,Yield strength,Elongation),Technics Properties(Flattening Test,Flaring Test,Bending Test,Hardness Test,Blow Test,etc), Exterior Size Inspection, Nondestructive electric Test,Hydrostatic Test,  magnetic particle testing;

6)Monthly Capacity: 6000 tons.

7)Packing: Hexagonal bundles with several steel strips, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve,and sackcloth with several steel strips or packed in heavy tri-wall boxes, wooden boxes, wooden slats as requires;
